Choosing terminal devices:

1.Audi Analytics Platform China(hereinafter referred to as the "the Platform") may develop different versions of the Platform for different terminal devices. You should choose an appropriate version according to the actual condition.

Platform Update:

1.In order to improve user experience and service contents, Audi C/VS will continue to develop new services and from time to time provide you the Platform updates (in the form of platform replacement, modification, feature enhancement and version upgrade etc.).

2.In order to ensure the security and consistency of functionality of the Platform and services, C/VS reserves the right to update the Platform, or change or restrict partial functionality of the Platform without any special notice to you.

Protection of the User’s Personal Information

1.The Platform will not make public or disclose the user's personal information account information or user behavior information to any third party or other departments without permission of the users.

2.You need to provide some necessary information when registering an account. For example, you need to fill in the company e-mail address to get the account registration service.

3.Your use of this platform will be recorded, including but not limited to: usage time, login time, frequently used functions, etc.

User’s Codes of Conduct

1.Account could only be used by account owner, NOT allowed to share with others.

2.All information gained from account, belongs to Audi brand, NOT allowed to share with other brand without permission of data application owner.

3.If you transfer to another position or resign, you need to submit an application to Analytics.platform@audi.com.cn to update/ delete your account.

4.Usage of account need follow Audi China compliance regulation.
